Bookings & Payments
- Quoted prices exclude taxes and surcharges where applicable
- Rescheduling may be required due to unsafe weather conditions
- We may request deposits for specialized parts (e.g., liners)
- In remote or hard-to-reach areas, travel fees and lead times may apply
- Payments are due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing; accepted methods include major credit cards and Interac e-Transfer
- If access is unsafe or the site is not prepared (e.g., blocked chimney, hazardous debris), we may assess a call-out fee
Liability
We limit liability to the amount paid for the applicable service, except as prohibited by law.
You are responsible for maintaining safe access to the service area and declaring any known defects or prior damage. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, code violations, or hidden defects that could not reasonably be detected during service.
